How fast can I book a court?
Under 60 seconds. Pick a venue, choose a live slot, and pay instantly with FriMi, eZ Cash, Visa, or Mastercard — no phone calls, no waiting for confirmation.
Can I get a refund if my plans change?
Yes. Bookings cancelled up to 24 hours before your slot are fully refunded. Inside 24 hours, you can transfer the slot to another player at no cost.
Which sports and venues are supported?
Indoor cricket, football, and futsal across verified venues in Colombo, Negombo, and beyond — with real-time availability updated the second a slot is taken.
How do I list my venue on CricBook?
Venue owners get a full dashboard to manage courts, pricing, availability and payouts. Reach out through the owner sign-up and you're live within a day.
Is payment secure?
Every payment runs through PayHere's hosted checkout. You get an instant confirmed booking and a digital pass the moment payment clears.
Can I pay in cash at the venue?
At many venues, yes. Some let you reserve online with a deposit and pay the balance in cash on arrival. Whether cash is available is shown before you confirm a booking.
Which areas does CricBook cover?
We list indoor cricket and futsal venues across the Colombo area — including Nugegoda, Dehiwala, Rajagiriya and Battaramulla — and out to Ja-Ela and Negombo, with more venues added as they join.
Do I need an account to book?
Yes. You sign in with your phone number, verified by a one-time SMS code, so we can send you your booking confirmation and reach you if anything changes.
