For venue owners
Keep your cash bookings.
Lose the diary.
Most booking platforms only handle the bookings they bring you, which leaves you running two systems — theirs, and the notebook where the real business lives. CricBook handles both, so the calendar on the wall and the calendar online finally agree.
No setup fee. No monthly fee. No exclusivity.
Cash bookings included
Take cash on arrival exactly as you do now — just record it in the same place as your online bookings. Most platforms ignore cash entirely, which is why they add work instead of removing it.
Walk-ins handled
Someone turns up wanting the 7pm court? Block it from your phone and it disappears from sale everywhere, instantly. No more double-booking because the diary and the website disagreed.
Double-bookings are impossible
Every court is tracked separately, and the database physically refuses to hold the same court twice for the same slot. Not a warning message — a guarantee.
Courts, closures and Poya days
Set opening hours per court, block out maintenance, tournaments and holiday closures ahead of time, and run recurring league slots without rebooking them every week.
One settlement report
At month end, see what came in online, what came in as cash, what commission is due and what you're owed — in one place, instead of reconciling a notebook against a bank statement.
Know your real utilisation
Which hours actually sell, which sit empty, and what your peak rate should be. Most venues are guessing at this.

Questions owners ask
Do I have to stop taking cash?
No. Cash is how most of this market pays and we built for that from the start. Record the cash booking in CricBook and it blocks the slot everywhere else — you keep the cash, we just keep the calendar honest.
What does it cost?
There is no setup fee and no monthly fee. We take a commission on bookings we bring you. Your own cash and walk-in bookings recorded in the system are not commissionable.
When do I get paid?
Online payments are settled to your bank account on the schedule set out in your venue agreement, net of commission. Cash you have already taken stays with you.
What happens if a player doesn't turn up?
The booking stays paid and settled to you — the court was held. Players who repeatedly no-show on cash bookings can be blocked from booking your venue on that basis.
Can I still list on other platforms?
Yes. We do not ask for exclusivity. Keep your slots in sync by blocking them in CricBook when they sell elsewhere.
How long does it take to get set up?
A single-court venue can be live the same day. Bring your court list, opening hours and pricing and we will do the setup with you.
